Browsing any website, including the Racing Penalties Appeals Tribunal’s website, generates a trail of the pages that are visited.  Click streams are the paths a user takes when navigating a website and the Internet in general.

Any personal details submitted to the Racing Penalties Appeals Tribunal’s website will only be used for the purpose for which they are provided.  We will not use your personal details for any other purpose and will not disclose them to other parties without your consent.

Where we allow registration for a mailing list we will provide you a facility to edit or remove your details from that list.
